I have an 30/30 RC version and have broken the front hatch a number of times during hoists and douses. I had a good friend and fiberglass guru take my old hatch, create a mold to make a more sturdy fiberglass version. It should be completed in a few weeks and I will post a few pics here. If you are interested, I’m sure he would be willing to fabricate a few more once we have ours. Just wanted to pass along the option if anyone was considering or needed a new hatch for an RC version.
