My 1987 Pacific built O 911s has 2 floorboard sections that lift out. I use a bridgenorth bailer (bridgenorthbailer.com) and it takes out almost every drop without having to stoop over. Awesome! I have an Attwood Sahara 750 gph pump (3/4 inch) installed below the sole - fits perfectly. It empties into the cockpit drain pvc tubing with a one way valve inline to eliminate back flow. Took about 15 feet of plastic piping and although there is about a 5 foot rise it works great when I flush the bilge and as an automatic backup in case of a minor flood. (Use a Rule automatic/manual switch - the Atwood pump has the float built-in). I also have a powerful hand pump with one way valve. I also installed a "packless" bearing on the propshaft. Use loctite on the retaining allyn screws or it may work itself loose! Drip free after 3 years of use.
