I'm not in touch with boat prices in the US, but I would have thought that these numbers represent the bottom end of the range (the "bid"). The "ask" should be higher. I think there's little good product in the space that the Olson 911S occupies, they rarely come up for sale, and I think that the Pacific Boats versions are especially desirable.

I have a 1986 Olson 911s in excellent condition, located in Rhode Island and I have had recent, unsolicited offers ranging from 28k to 34k for my clean, well equipped boat. I am estimating that you could sell yours in the same range, depending on condition. There seems to be a demand for these boats, apparently due to a lack of comfortable, high performance 30 foot cruisers on the market. Cheers - Tom Brielmann
