Anyone interested might want to call Railmakers out of Costa Mesa,
California.
We might be able to get a better price if they do more than the 2 or 3 I'm having them make.
I was able to buy the last original stansion in inventory from Buzz Ballenger and send that to Railmakers to match. Although he might not be able to match the exact taper at top, he was one of the original manufactures and thought he would provide something very close at least. Railmakers will seek out the most similar stansion and retro to the existing base. They also use a double walled method to reinforce the stansion around base area.
If interested, call Dave at Railmakers, (949) 642-6506, in Costa Mesa California. Lead time is supposed to be a week or two. Hours are from 7:30 to 4:30 Pacific.
