I am getting some interest in a fleet order. This is something we can do annually. I typically buy one new sail a year. This past season I bought a new North 3DL light #1 and a kevlar panel #3. Generally they ask for 50% up front and balance on delivery. The 3DL delivery is February.
If everyone could send in a list I will proceed with getting pricing. What I might do is get quotes for each type of sail in both kevlar panel and 3DL. The kites would be nylon.If we could each save some money that would be great.
If anyone disagrees that the price I quoted that I am being charged for the 3DL main, without a fleet price, is too much based on a quote you have let me know so I can beat him up a little. I have a long history with Ken Read's loft and have spent over $35,000 in sails and repairs with them over the last 8 years for the 911S alone, not counting my J-24 purchases for 5 years prior to that.
