One biggy to look for is blisters on the hull/keel/rudder-- these boats are notorious for having blistering.. find out if the boat has them, has had the bottom redone to deal with them, etc...
that is the one thing that when we were looking for our boat a few months ago everyone I talked to made a big deal to watch out for. and something that every 911 owner around here I know has had to deal with.
