It may be a hopeless task. My yard checked the keel bolts. No problem.
Said that the hull flexes at the joint and the only thing to use was a
flexible sealer, really for contour shape not for water leaks there which I
don't have. The bottom paint has problems sticking to the sealer so that
when the boat is hauled it is very visible.
