If any 911 owners have suggestions on how to best seal
the hull/keel joint I would appreciate hearing from
them. My Ericson-built 911 SE (1990) has a rubber
gasket in this location. My boat had some fresh water
in the bilge, from deck leaks, and been out of the
water for several months. I noticed water weeping out
of the hull/keel joint. My first thought was to run a
bead of caulk (3-M 4200 or 5200) along the joint. I
obviously would prefer not to drop the keel and
install
a new gasket.
