I'll be taking a year off from campaigning Neuromancer to bring my new Catana 431 from France. I'd like to help keep the SF fleet active while I'm gone, so I making an incredible offer to qualified SF racers.
Neuromancer, hull number 21, is available for charter for $50 a month.
This offer is being made only to someone who will race in the SF one design fleet. The charterer pays all expenses (parking, insurance, maintenance, sandwiches...) and must maintain the boat in the same condition that it is in when the charter starts. Racing sails are not included with the charter, but I can supply competitive used sails as a separate deal (yes, Lurker Paul....). Plenty of delivery/practice sails provided.
The boat is very fast and competitive for one design racing. The mast was replaced in about 1993 and the bottom faired before I bought the boat from Tacamoa. I've put a modern (primaries on cabin top) deck layout on the boat. It is equipped for ocean racing with running lights, KVH quadro, VHF and mapping GPS. New stanchions and fore hatch this year.
